Terms of Service

Retail Return Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with a retail purchase, please inform us within 30 days of the purchase date. We will gladly provide a full credit for the value of the item, but please note that we do not offer cash refunds for retail items. You can use the credit to exchange the product for another salon product that we believe will better assist you in achieving your desired hair goals.

Re-do:

Our primary goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with the services we provide. If you encounter any issues with your haircut or color, kindly inform us within 7 days of your appointment. We will work together to address and rectify the situation at no extra cost in most instances.

Please be aware that if you do not notify us of any concerns within 7 days of your appointment, our redo policy will not be applicable, and any requested modifications will be subject to our standard service menu pricing. It's essential to note that we do not offer refunds for services already rendered.

Cancellation & No-Show:

Policy Overview:

For us to provide the best possible scheduling options for our guests, we require 48 hour’s noticeshould you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with Salon Blossom.

 

Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hour’s notice or fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, the following will occur:

 

• For appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice, a $25 non-refundable fee will be charged and must be paid before any future appointment can be scheduled. No Show appointments, Late Arrivals beyond 15 minutes & Same Day Cancellations will be charged a $50 non-refundable fee.

• Once the cancellation fee is paid, the booking restriction placed on your account will be lifted, allowing for future bookings to resume.

 

Please note, we book appointments well in advance, so there may not be appointment availability as quickly as you would like.

 

Medical & Safety Exception Clause:

Should a guest need to cancel an appointment (with less than the required 48 hour’s notice) dueto unexpected illness, unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or other force of nature events,a fee will not be charged, but immediate appointment availability for rescheduling is not guaranteed.

Late Arrival:

In our commitment to offering the best service to all our guests, we kindly request that you arrive promptly for your appointments. If a guest arrives 5 minutes after their scheduled time, there may be a need to shorten their scheduled services, or they might be asked to reschedule the entire appointment. Should a guest be 15 minutes late, regrettably, we won't be able to perform any part of the originally scheduled service, and a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied.

This policy is in place to ensure that we can allocate the appropriate time to each guest and maintain punctuality for every appointment.

Guest & Salon Safety:

At Salon, the safety and well-being of our guests and staff are our utmost priorities. To ensure a secure and comfortable environment, we have established the following health and safety policies:

Health Policy: If any guest is currently experiencing symptoms of illness, including running a fever, we kindly request immediate notification to reschedule your appointment. We understand the importance of your service and will make every effort to accommodate a new appointment.

Child Safety: We warmly welcome children under the age of 16 within the salon premises, but only if they have a scheduled service themselves. Children are not permitted to accompany a parent to their appointment unless they also have a service booked for the same duration and with another stylist at the same time within the salon.

Salons can present potential hazards to children, such as the risk of falling, exposure to chemicals, or accidental cuts. In our commitment to providing a serene experience for all our guests, we kindly request that childcare arrangements be made in advance of your appointment. We look forward to hearing stories and seeing pictures of your children, but please understand that unaccompanied children can create distractions for both our staff and other salon guests. Your cooperation in ensuring the safety and tranquility of our salon environment is greatly appreciated.
